Background Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a representative systemic autoimmune disease characterized by synovial inflammation and proliferation accompanied joint destruction. Fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLS) are key constituent of the synovium paly an important role in pathogenesis RA. Although accumulating evidence has implicated long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) diseases, lncRNAs RA remains unknown. Objectives In this study, we aim to investigate expression profile FLS from patients with (RA FLS) discover promising candidates involved Methods The next-generation sequencing (NGS) data were analyzed identify differential expressed compared osteoarthritis (OA FLS). NGS also reveal differentially between unstimulated IL-1-stimulated FLS. And then, intersection two analysis results was obtained.
